A little update
I've cut the inner panel out so i could get to the upright/supports and reweld them to the body then i rewelded the inner panel back together.
The window panels have been primed, flatted, primed and then painted..
The popouts have been out so many times i just click my finges and they popout there selfs..
I've welded up the 2 bolt holes in the cargo floor where the old oil cooler was bolted down.
Just placed a order for 8 popout catches so fingers crossed they turn up by the weekend cos i don't have any on them.
The rear seat has been taken to be trimmed and SHOULD be here friday afternoon.
And my search light from the States has turned up.

Got the loom all finished on Friday just in time for Vanwest.. Thought it's about time i got started on the sounds and insides.. Had to cut parts of the bed frame off to get the box in but it's nearly in right now... There will be a pair of 6x9's both sides of the box as well as a pair up front.. BUT while making a few alterations to the box i slipped and cracked both sub in the shed... The Sony Xplod 12" subs x2, sony xplod amp, and sony xplod 6x9's x4 are all in and working and to be honset doesn't sound to bad for a pair of cracked subs... You want pics do you.... vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv Tuff you aren't getting any It's all being pulled out tomorrow to be carpeted and hidden so you can't see it... Well apart from abit of the headunit..

I've decided not to carpet it all for now just gonna wait till the rest of the panels are built and trimmed and get the box done in the same stuff I thought i best kind of cover this lot up abit it's a bit eye catching.. So i found a throw we had for camping and covered it all up for now. And the front 6x9's mounted nicely behind the front seats this was already made cos it came out of the crewy when i sold it.. Just need to mount the headunit and hide the wires a bit more..

Cheers dude, i just can't belive how good it sounds with a big crack in each sub Been having a bit of engine troubles since the loom burnt out rattles and grinds and big loss of power. So first things first give the van a T-cut and polish looks alot better just need to do the roof Then started to look at the motor i removed the fan belt and the grinding and rattling stop so i pull the alternator off then removed the fan and the two 10m nuts that hold the back plate on had started to come loose so i tightened them up whacked it bolt together with a nice 2k black top pulley and changed the bottom alloy pulley for a new degreed alloy one .. Then i checked the points and i had NO gap so i regapped them and thats thats all sorted now And the roof light will be gone this week so i'll be riding with a naked head...

Right here you go.. Cargo doors. top less Window section placed up. Unwanted metal.. Then the next door. Both welded in with new CE pop out hinges and pop outs fitted.. Bit more done... Welds ground and sanded down.. Inside welded and ground down.. Skim of filler.. Rubbed down.. And a couple coats of high build primer.. And now in paint, pop outs fitted with new catches.. 8) Also put a coat of paint on the inside... Cos i never did it when i fitted the panels.. :lol!: And matt blacked the engine bay..
