Had a good day on the old girl today.. Refitted the fuel tank. Refitted the GT box and axles. Got the carbs back on the motor and gave the tin ware a quick clean. And the rear brakes back together.. Just need to bleed the brakes, fit cables, wire up brake lights, clean the over spray off everything and fit the scat shifter.... Oh and i got the motor in and running and had to make the bug turbo trip exhaust fit as well heres a little vid www.youtube.com/watch?v=LX-f8GLQ6oc

Both seats insecure. Need welding back in cos i was half way through removing them.. Side lights, rear lights, number plate light and dipped beam not working. Are all working now just have to pull out the light switch Steering damper U/S. Time for a new one. Both front brake pipes inadequately clipped. I've lost the clips so will get new. Both rear brake pipes inadequately supported. Not sure whats wrong there cos they're clipped up. O/S rear wheel bearing feels rough when rotated. 2 new rear wheel bearings going on. N/S front brake hose insufficent room to move. Not sure on this one Fuel cap shagged. It's one of them temp ones you get from the petrol stations so a new one is going on
The way it was all writen out it was on 2 sheets.
Gonna see if they can retest it for the end of the week

Right the panel van is gonna be NO longer cos it's just no good for the kids... So she's gonna be CUT up and turned in to a 13 bus with OG panels.. And a full set of popouts.. If she hadn't of been cut about before then i WOULDN'T of been doing it but as she has been.. The window panels have turned up. The first 2 appertures will be used on the O/S And the 3rd (which needs some work) will be cut off and used for the other side to make up the 4th apperture And the row of 3 for the N/S... I'm gonna try and get the O/S done this weekend and the other side through the week ready for CTTP..
