Picked up my new autocraft windscreen repair panel yesterday. So thought i'd make a start on fitting.. Stripped the front apart and measured it all up.. Then made cut the old out. Spent ages trying to get the panel to fit right it just wasn't right, then in the end i had to slice both sides of the front panel so i could reshape it slightly due to the front panel being fitted badly. Fresh metal ready to go in.. Clamped in place..

Right the roof light has turned up but it's gonna be alot of work to get it fitting right here it is stripped.. And marked ready for some grinder action. And that didn't really work very well so i'm gonna have to mess around some more.. And remember the side panel.. I know it's filler but it'll do till i find a replacement panel for it looks loads straighter and it's primed so no more wolfy.. Also flatted the lower panel as well that took ages cos it's hand painted with runs all over it. I was well happy to through some primer on it cos it makes it mine.. Anyway the drivers side is now primed..

Weld cab floor. Rebuild steering. Finish fitting front beam. Mount front shock (some how) Fit hand brake cables, clutch cable, throttle cable and gear linkage. Fit Scat shifter. Rebuild rear suspension. Remove gearbox and shafts. Refit shafts and tubes to GT gearbox. Refit gearbox. Bleed and adjust all brakes. Rewire brake lights. Refit the 1914. Modify the exhaust to fit. Mount external filter. Route oil pipes for cooler and filter. Fit bumpers. Finish fitting safaris. Get the indicators working. Clean over spray of windows ect. Fit headlights. Wire up horn.
I'm sure theres a bit more that needs to be done before the MOT as well.
