any idears on how to repair a bay roof just above the gutter and including the gutter i have a 2foot horizontal splitt in it ;D [im g]

Mate you'll prob be best and easier to get hold of that part of rear roof section and graft it in place

if you cant get it new try and find someone that is breaking a bay and that will sell you that section of roof, someones got to be cutting up a bay some where put a wanted ad on vzi

yeah not exacly a great place trying to sell something is impossible they all want it for free or not at all, i will keep my eyes peeled for someone that will be cutting a bay up

thanx matey but ive had a go at welding small plates with fairly good sucsess will persivere with it and see how it goes will post some pics soon ,,at last im getting somewere with this bus ;D cor i miss my old beach buggy

I did it to a friendsbay, I cut the roof off an bay the Gav at south west splitz was breaking, was a nice easy and tidy job, i cut a 2ft square section out then grefted it in under the gutter, Its the best way to do it, but thats if you can find a donor!! Could have a work with gav @ sws if you want? but hes away until end of Jan
